Billions worth of mortgages and insurances rely upon them and valuable guarantees, drawings, documents and all sorts of meta data surrounding them principally drops to the ground in each private property transaction. Knowledge transfer from one generation to the next has been pivotal to all human and scientific advancements, no signs of that can however be found in the way we treat the greatest asset class of them all - our homes.

Moreover, according to the European Commission, buildings account for 40 percent of the Union's energy consumption and 36 percent of greenhouse gas emissions.

Bovra is built with the ambition to become the normative and leading digital infrastructure upon which an accelerated and large-scale Swedish and then sequentially European housing transition can take place. Saving billions of tons of CO2 over time plus doing one more equally important thing - showcasing to younger generations with staggering climate anxiety as wells as to our own children - that it can be done, the world can start transition itself, and we will do it.​ This is why we, as entrepreneurs, investors, house owners, and parents, have built Bovra.

This is why we deploy all that we are and why we put our names at risk by engaging in one of the greatest, toughest, and arguably most important cases left to be built. It's not that we don’t know that many have tried and failed and that it will be a challenging and long journey, we know. We go anyway because we are convinced in our heart of hearts that this is the only reasonable endpoint state of the housing market. It's the best possible way we can think of to make use of all of our combined skills and experiences and to make our contribution to an accelerated transition of the world into its next paradigm. Perpetual property accounts, increasingly documented, increasingly energy-efficient, passed on from owner to owner, in eternity.​
